The method in four steps
$UBI is an ordinary coin on pump.fun. What is not ordinary is where its creator fees go: they are divided by the number of confirmed people, not by the number of tokens they hold.
What happens, in order
A holder proves they are a person. One signature, one public post on X with the office's code, one link pasted back.
Creator fees are forwarded to the keeper wallet.Everything above its 0.05 SOL network float counts as forwarded.
The office splits what arrives.80% to the pot, 10% to buy $UBI back and burn it, 10% to the work: RPC and hosting.
When the pot is big enough, the keeper prints a check.A snapshot of balances, then the same SOL to every confirmed wallet holding at least $20 of $UBI, in batches of 20 transfers.

Why by the head
Reward coins pay by the size of the bag. A wallet with 3% of the supply takes 3% of everything paid out, and the person who bought $20 of it gets a number with four zeros in front of it. The reward exists, but only for the people who were already large.
The office divides the pot by the people in the line instead. The whale and the $20 holder are one head each, so they are paid the same SOL in the same transaction.
Why the $20 floor
Without a floor the line fills with wallets holding nothing, and the check becomes a faucet rather than a dividend. $20 is low enough that anybody can stand in the line and high enough that standing there means holding the coin.
Why a post on X
One human, one share, only works if one human cannot take two places. A public post from an account with 100 followers and 200 posts costs more to fake than a wallet does.
Rules and edges
Changing wallet
The place belongs to the X account. Connect the new wallet, sign for a new code, post it, paste the link: the place moves and the old wallet loses it in the same moment.
Selling below $20
You stay confirmed and stay in the line. You are left off the checks whose snapshot finds you under $20, and you are back on the next one that finds you over it.
What the office cannot promise
- Bought and rented X accounts exist. The thresholds and the one-account rule raise the price of faking a head; they do not make it impossible.
- A reported account is hidden from the register by hand, which is a human decision and not a rule in code.
- X has no API key here. The office reads posts through public readers, so a confirmation can have to wait until one of them answers.
- Nothing here is a yield, a return or a promise of profit. A check exists only when creator fees have been forwarded and the pot has crossed its threshold.
Nothing runs on a clock
There is no round, no daily payout and no countdown. The keeper acts on events: fees arriving, the pot crossing the threshold, the burn bucket filling.
